SBRE receives 20% of the agent gross commission of each transaction.

Traditional sales of a property $200,000, traditional commission of 3% = $6000.00, SBRE brokerage would receive
20% of the agent gross commission which is $ 1200.00, agent receive $4800.00

EX: $200,000 x 3% = $6,000 | $6,000 x 20% = $1200 SBRE, AGENT $4800

  There is a $495 buyer and seller transaction fee

***$12,000.00 Annual Cap, Once Agent Reaches Annual Cap, Agent Shall Receive 100% Commission Per Calendar
