The Closing RE will receives 20% of the agent** gross commission on each transaction the sales agent** closes.

Traditional sales of a property $200,000, traditional commission of 3% = $6000.00, The Closing RE would receive
20% of the agent** gross commission, which is $ 1200.00, agent receive $4800.00.

EX: $200,000 x 3% = $6,000 | $6,000 x 20% = $1200 to The Closing RE, AGENT** to $4800

  

  There is a $495 buyer and seller transaction fee.
