80/20 split
The Closing RE receives 20% of the sales agent's gross commission on each transaction. Traditional sales of a property are $200,000, the traditional commission of 3% = $6000.00, The Closing RE would receive 20% of the agent's gross commission which is $ 1200.00, agent receive $4800.00.

There is a $495 buyer and seller transaction fee (CHARGED TO BUYER OR SELLER)
